Refund Policy
This policy explains when AI credit purchases may be refunded. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

AI credits
Credits are a prepaid digital balance used to start AI generations. Credits do not expire and can be used across supported Tesla models.
Refund eligibility
If credits were purchased by mistake and none have been used, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review the request and, where appropriate, refund the unused purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@wraploom.com with the account email, Stripe receipt or Checkout Session ID and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.
Failed generations and chargebacks
If a generation fails, the system automatically returns the reserved credits. Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
